Products sold under the GRIZX Lab brand are consumer wellness tools designed to support breathing regulation, relaxation, and nervous system awareness.

Our Products:

  • Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition

  • Are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

  • Individual results may vary

  • Products are intended for general wellness use only

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the Products

Do not use the Products if:

  • You experience dizziness, chest pain, fainting, or discomfort during use

  • You have a medical condition that could be affected by breathing exercises without first consulting a qualified healthcare professional

5. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Products, including but not limited to physical discomfort, shortness of breath, or lightheadedness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grizzly Sports Integrity Group OÜ is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or use contrary to instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Grizzly Sports Integrity Group OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages

  • This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or personal injury arising from use of the Site or Products

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grizzly Sports Integrity Group OÜ, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms

9. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Grizzly Sports Integrity Group OÜ is not currently registered for VAT, and therefore VAT is not charged.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Payment must be completed in full before orders are shipped.

10. Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or other fees imposed by local authorities.

Such charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

For US & other international customers

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, and disputes shall be resolved to the extent permitted under Estonian jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
