Customs, Duties & Taxes

Grizzly Sports Integrity Group OÜ is not VAT-registered.

International shipments may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by local authorities.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused

  • Mouthpiece seals must be unbroken

  • Original packaging required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or unsealed mouthpieces cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

Email lucy@grizxlab.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
